Life Coaching

Would you like to have a personal coach work with you one-on-one to challenge and motivate you to be your best? Do you want to work with someone to develop a clearer vision of your personal goals and what your future will be? Coaching can help. To do this, we need each other. No one can do it alone. The dynamic connection of a coaching relationship opens unseen possibilities. A coach can help shed light on a client’s blind spots, challenge and stretch their fixed views of themselves, others and the world. Sometimes we get fixed in our habits, chronic reactions, and repetitive behaviors and find that these behaviors restrict our ability to fully experience and appreciate the world around us. We might know that we can do better than we are doing, that there must be a broader horizon out there somewhere, but we don't know how to find it and get from here to there.

Integral coaching is about developing the adult to come to a different level of engagement in the world: to be less fearful, more open and creative, more courageous and resilient. Integral coaching is much more than a short term means for you to be held accountable to accomplish tasks and goals, and much more about holistically developing new learning so that in the long term you have new competencies and a new way of being in the world that allows you more ease and satisfaction.

Take this opportunity to begin moving towards achieving your developmental goals. Our coaching relationship will begin with insights that show you what is holding you back, personally or professionally. A personalized coaching program will be put together to help you increase your capacities to see and act differently. The format includes one-on-one coaching, homework assignments, and creative expression. The content will include integrating and developing your individual self in different modalities: cognitive, emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational. The structure will include an intake meeting, two sessions to develop a customized integral coaching program, and four to fifteen follow-up meetings (some in person and some by phone) over a 3-month to 9-month period.
